IS YOUR SERVICE REALLY 100% FREE?
On average HCM consultants are compensated ~$150 an hour for a typical engagement. We too realize the costs of running a good process, however, as our client all of the fees are passed on to the 3rd party vendor you decide on.
WHAT IF WE DON'T CHOSE A VENDOR, DO WE PAY THEN?
We try our best to vet out each process before working with any client. However, if in completing our analysis, you do not chose to move forward with our suggestion -- we do not get paid. All we would ask, is you leave us a nice review if you enjoyed the service!
HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL ENGAGEMENT?
Typically, your average process with last anywhere from 3 - 12 weeks from 1st call to final contract being signed.
DO YOU HELP WITH IMPLEMENTATION TOO?
Our partnerships only cover the upfront process of finding and connecting you with the proper solution. However, if you need us to, at times we do continue to work with clients through implementation at an additional cost.
